It’s a struggle right now with lockdowns and uncertain timeframes making project logistics extremely difficult to manage. We’re keeping architectural lighting products moving, wherever possible, to make sourcing lighting fixtures one less thing to think about.
Where do we deliver to?
Worldwide – any location across the globe. Most orders are shipped by plane or road if the order is for Europe. The shipping method is dependent on the size and weight. We’re currently taking new orders, and there are some slight delays due to flight limitations.
There’s no maximum or minimum when ordering architectural lighting, UK or worldwide. Tell us the products you need, and we’ll get the products to site, at the right time.
How do your items arrive?
Items arrive boxed and most are sealed in plastic sleeving to keep out moisture in transit. Everything is packaged carefully by us in the factory and labelled up as fragile. Damage during transit is less than 1% and we would replace any items if necessary.
What installation guidance is provided?
Your architectural lighting products will be labelled up clearly to facilitate fast and easy install. Every product comes with installation instructions and drawings to show where the fitting is to be installed throughout the whole project.
Buying architectural lighting UK products – what warranties can you expect?
Every product we supply is tested to meet British and European ISO standards. Built in our Yorkshire factory, our range of architectural lighting products benefits from over 30 years’ design experience and British manufacturing excellence.
We offer warranties from 2 to 5 years, dependent on the product and its end location.
