While each of our products undergo rigorous prototyping and testing procedures to ensure their operational performance, in the rare event that something should go wrong, we’re here to help.

Warranty period
The Kemps Architectural Lighting (KAL) warranty is valid for three years from installation date, with potential extension to five years.
Replacement/repair
Terms regarding the replacement or repair of faulty products within the warranty period.
Returns
KAL (or your authorised supplier) will provide a return address for the faulty product(s) in order to carry out diagnostic testing of the failure.
Conditions
Some issues you may experience with your LED lighting products will fall outside of our control, such as environmental and installation conditions – in which case, faults will not be covered by our warranty. Please refer to the full PDF document for specific details.
